 What is the Essence of Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna?

Sri Ramakrishna says:
"One person's mukti or bondage in sansara are in the hands of God.

It is God who has put you in this sansara, in this agyana, in this bondage. 

So, if God wants to give mukti to someone, then he will call that person and give him/her mukti."

How????

Step 1) To whomsoever God decides to give mukti, first he will give satsang (Holy company) to the person.

Step 2) Then he will give Vyakulta (Hunger)

Step 3) Then he makes ther person to do sadhana.

Step 4) Then God gives mukti to the person. 

सत्संगत्वे निस्संगत्वं, - 1
निस्संगत्वे निर्मोहत्वं। - 2
निर्मोहत्वे निश्चलतत्त्वं - 3
निश्चलतत्त्वे जीवन्मुक्तिः - 4

1 - Satsang - holy company gives us detachment.
(You start living within. The detached person likes social life, as well as happy with own company)

2 - Detachment gives us right knowledge.
(I have come alone - empty handed and I am going alone. Nobody is going with me. Nobody knows when am I going to leave.
World is like bus. All are co-passengers. They come, we laugh together, we share bus together and then leave bus and leave co-passengers..)

3 - Right knowledge gives us permanent awareness - Right thoughts , Right knowledge make us "Mumutsu"

4 - Mumutsu (permanent awareness) gets mukti 
(In this world, out of thousands, thousands people, one will be Mumutsu. 
In BhagawadGeeta, SriKrishna says:
मनुष्याणां सहस्रेषु कश्चिद्यतति सिद्धये |
यततामपि सिद्धानां कश्चिन्मां वेत्ति तत्त्वत: || Chapeter7 - Verse3
Amongst thousands of persons, hardly one strives for perfection; and amongst those who have achieved perfection, hardly one knows Me in truth.)
