What is the Essence of Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna? Sri Ramakrishna says: "One person's mukti or bondage in sansara are in the hands of God. It is God who has put you in this sansara, in this agyana, in this bondage. So, if God wants to give mukti to someone, then he will call that person and give him/her mukti." How???? Step 1) To whomsoever God decides to give mukti, first he will give satsang (Holy company) to the person. Step 2) Then he will give Vyakulta (Hunger) Step 3) Then he makes ther person to do sadhana.
